Jack started in the mechanical business in the early 1980’s. From his initial position as hvac maintenance technician, he was promoted to lead engineer of a large REIT responsible for the Prudential Business Campus in Parsippany, NJ. He then joined Prentiss Properties in 1995, rising through the ranks from Chief Engineer to Director of Operations.
Over the years, Jack has managed a wide range of trades people, including sheet metal , electricians and plumbers. The result is a management style that combines adaptability and motivational skills with a commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
Jack after nearly 30 years of successful leadership in the property management, mechanical and service industries, has started K2B Enterprises, LLC in 2006. He sets the company’s strategic direction, oversees its growth, identifies significant opportunity areas, and establishes appropriate organizational structure and policies. He also directs long and short-term planning activities, enabling the mechanical and facilities services company to effectively address ongoing market requirements and respond to new industry demands.
A member of the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society, BOMA with SMT & SMA designation, IREM and PRSM, he has completed the apprenticeship program and high tonnage course and boiler engineer with license.
Jack is married with three children and loves boating, sports, especially football.
